Q:Are you a factory?

A: Yes,we are a manufacturer that specialized in trophies,medals&gifts.Our aim is to be the No.1 in the world in this industry.

Q: Can you do customized work？

A:Yes, we can do that with glass,crystal,metal&acrylic material.

Q:Can you design for us?

A:Yes, we have a team who are experienced in trophies,medals&gifts,and our designers know the production, we will help you save costs with amazing works.

Q:Do you have Moq request?

A:No,we don’t have this ask,business is supporting each other, we would love to help our customers.

Q:Can you make the sample for us?

A:Yes, we can make the sample, but we require you pay the sample fee and sample freight.

Q:How can you guarantee the mass production the same as the sample?

A:Firstly, we have the files kept in the production all the time, secondly, we make 1 pc extra at our cost for the future work when make sample.

Q:How long for the production?

A:There are a lot of stock trophies, we can ship quickly within 3 days after having the logo and text printed,sandblasted or laser engraved.If you will do customized work, our normal lead time is 7-10 days for 500pcs.

Q:We are in London, can you delivery to my address?

A:Yes, of cource,we can ship to anywhere in world,not mention to UK. We can use air shipping delivery to the airport or your address, and sea shipping is a good choice to delivery to the port and to your address. Also, we can help you pay the customs and tax.

Q:Can you guarantee the breakage？

A: We will pack them with gift box and hard protect. If you use our shipping methods, we will be 100% responsible,refund you or do replacement.But if you use your own forwarders,this should be charged by them. Because we can’t control those irresponsbile forwarders who don’t take care of the shipment and throw anywhere.

Q:If the goods I received are wrong,what can you do?

A:Firstly, before we start the order, we will send you artwork approval, and send you the pictures of the first pc before mass production.But if there is mistake, we will do replacement without any charge or refund you.

Q:What are the payment terms?

A:If the amount is less than 1,000usd, pls do fully advanced. If more than 1,000USD, 30% deposit is ok, and the total balance must be paid before shipping.

Q:Any other else?

A:Yeah, if you can give us good feadback based on the quality and service,we will grand you commission and gifts, if you can recommend us to your friends,we have the rules to reaward you.What all we are doing are for long time relationships for business and friendship.
