A:No,we don’t have this ask,business is supporting each other, we would love to help our customers.

Q:Can you make the sample for us?
A:Yes, we can make the sample, but we require you pay the sample fee and sample freight.

Q:How can you guarantee the mass production the same as the sample?
A:Firstly, we have the files kept in the production all the time, secondly, we make 1 pc extra at our cost for the future work when make sample.

Q:How long for the production?
A:There are a lot of stock trophies, we can ship quickly within 3 days after having the logo and text printed,sandblasted or laser engraved.If you will do customized work, our normal lead time is 7-10 days for 500pcs.

Q:We are in London, can you delivery to my address?
A:Yes, of cource,we can ship to anywhere in world,not mention to UK. We can use air shipping delivery to the airport or your address, and sea shipping is a good choice to delivery to the port and to your address. Also, we can help you pay the customs and tax.

Q:Can you guarantee the breakage？
A: We will pack them with gift box and hard protect. If you use our shipping methods, we will be 100% responsible,refund you or do replacement.But if you use your own forwarders,this should be charged by them. Because we can’t control those irresponsbile forwarders who don’t take care of the shipment and throw anywhere.
